Arrival
Rohan was around either before or not long after Ludwig left the Kriegszeit System. Although they were in and out a lot, Rohan tried taking care of Star to the best of their abilities. They tried to hold back fronting until the system reached them JJBA so they would have a solid form, but, due to inworld changing suddenly to the manor, they were forced to front on 11.2.2015 to help stabilize inworld, take care of Dio, and manage the system better. The groundwork for our record keeping system was laid out by them.
